Breakdown Coordinator
Service is our strength at Fleet Support Operations. We provide a breakdown service to companies who need to ensure that their vehicles are kept on the move and the costs of breakdowns are minimised.
Our Control Room is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. As a Breakdown Coordinator it would be your job to take incoming calls from our clients' drivers who have broken down or had accidents whilst out on the road. The challenge is to find the right solution to their problem using Fleet Support Operations international network of recovery service providers and liaise with all parties until the vehicle is on the move.
You must have a professional and friendly telephone manner, a customer focused approach and a ‘can do’ common sense attitude. Good telephone communication skills and the ability to summarise data accurately is essential for success in this role. We have a bespoke computer system that takes you through a process step by step so computer literacy is not necessary.
