HR Consultant

HR + Limited, a specialist HR and training consultancy is rapidly expanding and is looking for a new HR Consultant.

Your key duties will be to provide professional HR advice and support to staff in the HR GO plc Group and to third party clients, principally to Managing Directors and Managers by telephone, email, or where necessary, via site visits. You will convert new or amended employment legislation into policies and procedures and arrange suitable guidance through training or policies. You will also be involved in a wide variety of HR projects and activities from the transactional to the strategic.

There is also opportunity be involved in sales and business development activities such as networking, proposal writing and client presentations.

We are looking for a full-time HR Consultant who will work from our office in Ashford, Kent and on some occasions on site with our clients.

The right candidate will be fully CIPD qualified and have a good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. You will be computer literate and confident when dealing with senior management and directors. You will also be enthusiastic, flexible and have strong communication skills.

Salary range 24K – 28K.
