Our client is a leading Claims Management company that specialises in helping consumers reclaim loan and credit card charges and mis-sold payment protection insurance policies. Due to an exceptional demand for their services, we are looking for individuals with very strong customer service skills to join their Claims Assessment team. No experience of claims or financial services is necessary as full training is provided.

As a Claims Assessor you will work to a pre-arranged diary, making outbound calls to pre-qualified appointments that have been set up on your behalf. Having previously spoken to employees of the company, the customer will be expecting your call. Using your advanced Customer Service skills, you will build rapport and empathy with the customer and take them through the Claims Assessment process. This is not a cold calling or a sales position - although you must be comfortable working to targets.
