An opportunity has become available for experienced Manager for a new store in Aldershot/Farnborough.
You must be able to:
-Manage a £700,000 p.a. store and manage 10 staff
-Apply effective commercial skills to meet sales and cost budgets
-Recruit, develop and retain a highly motivated and sales driven team
-Ensure your store team deliver excellent customer service at all times
-Meet operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards
-Effective merchandising
-Ensure effective communication with both internal and external customers
-People/time management
You will have previous value to high street retail experience, preferably at a senior management level, and have the ambition to build a career in management. Our client offers an extremely competitive salary, a structured training and development programme and generous benefits package.
