The Level 2 Certificate will teach you about the principles of exercise, fitness and health; anatomy and physiology for exercise; supporting clients; and health, safety and welfare in a fitness environment. You will then study the Gym-Based Exercise Pathway to prepare you for the Level 3 Certificate. The Level 2 support period is 6 months.
