"A really fantastic course. Time away from the office to really think about what you are doing and whether you are taking the most effective approach. The exercises really help you understand and I'm actually looking forward to putting it all into practice."  NH, London School of Economics and Political Science

“Tillie was a great facilitator, this made a course which I had approached with the anticipation of it being quite dry, much more engaging and applicable than I was expecting. I found the course content to be appropriately pitched for all levels of experience and the environment which was created was both supportive and challenging.”  VO, Fairtrade Foundation

"Very well organised with good information packs. Got so many useful tips from having a good size group of people as well as from the book. Tillie was extremely friendly and helpful and clearly had an excellent knowledge of the field."  TB, Webmaster, Campaign for Real Ale
