Summary
Overview
People tend to overeat for reasons such as depression, stress and anxiety. Even happiness can trigger overeating. When left unattended, overeating can lead to a number of health issues, including excessive weight gain.
Weight problems are often associated with low self-worth. Media over the years had define being sexy as an image of a thin woman. This led to the birth and rise of miracle diets, which are not advisable at all. Change has got to start somewhere. And that somewhere can be with the way a person views his or her self-worth.
