There are no formal prerequisites for enrolling on this course or completing this certification.
What skills will I gain?
You will learn essential web page development skills, write code manually along with job skills such as project management. You will start your own portfolio of work and build your first web-site ready to demonstrate your skills.
The Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 section of this course develops key skills in areas such as site architecture, coding, page layouts and formatting. Furthermore, after gaining the certification, you will be confident in creating and designing websites for the desktop, smartphone and tablets.
When you have completed the training you will be able to take full advantage of appropriate SEO techniques to improve the relevancy and popularity of your webpages. You will learn the importance of using keywords within your webpages by improving the content on the search engine result pages (SERPs).

You will have the option of attending 2 in centre additional learning days at Computeach’s learning centre in Dudley*. These days are not mandatory, but some students may find them helpful to hone the skills developed through their online learning.
- Computeach’s UK-based support Tutors will be available to you over LiveChat during Office hours. Ready to help you should you require more detail or get stuck, they can also be contacted over email and telephone.
- You will be assisted when you choose to book your exam, and will be able to purchase this at cost-price through Computeach.
How will I be assessed?
There are two assessed modules of this course which make up the CIW and ACE certifications. To complete these you will be required to sit two exams after finishing your course material. These are included within the cost of your course, and will need to be completed within the 12months of your licence period.
