About the Instructor:

The instructor, Mark Peter Davis ("MPD") is a venture capitalist, serial entrepreneur and the author of The Fundraising Rules. He has raised venture capital, co-founded, incubated or invested in ~50 companies, including Coinbase, MakeSpace, SailThru, Warby Parker and others. MPD currently is the Managing Partner of Interplay, an incubator and investment firm.

Interplay has incubated numerous companies including: DevSpark, Founder Shield, Nomad Financial, Truman James, TwentyPine and Venwise.

In this course he delves into the the venture capital fundraising process sharing color and insights that will give entrepreneurs a better understanding of how to play the game and win.
