SAP HCM Course is specifically designed for professionals who are aspiring to make their carrier in HR-IT. Description

SAP HCM Course is divided into various sub modules which covers each aspect of HR processes in depth.

  1. Organization Management

This is the basic and first module in sap hr.IT deals with building and maintaining the organization structure of the company. Here we will be dealing with all the Business Units,Departments, Divisions of the company and the interrelation between them. This module will help in understanding how a company is formed and its functions.

2.Personnel Administration

This module deals with people. Here we will be learning on how to maintain the Master Data of the employees in the company.After learning this module you would know how the personal records of employees viz their personal details, bank details, addresses, family details are maintained in the system Also we would learn on other processes in HR like promotions, Transfers, Resignations and so on..

3.Time Management

As the name suggests this module deals with the Time Management of the employees. Here we will dealing with the work schedules, shift planing, time reporting, leave management and other aspects relating to the working time of the employees.

4.Recruitment

This module will deals with all the aspects of a new hire in the company. Here we will learn how to hire new employees and maintain their data in the company. Also it deals with what needs to be done before hiring an employee i.e maintaining the applicant data and the candidate data in the system. We will also learn about different forms to be maintained here like the application form, questionnaire etc.We would also look into how to segregate internal and external candidates.

5.Training and Event Management

This module will focus on training and development of the employee. It will focus on how to plan different training programs for the employees depending on their skill set and job demands.It will also focus on continuous development plans for employees in their jobs.We will also learn on other aspects on training like booking a training program, fixing a training location, feedback forms, and various other programs.

6.Performance Management

This module will helps us understanding the Appraisal system in the company. Here we will learn on how to build and appraisal program and also carrier and succession planning for an employee.

7.Employee self service and Manager self service ( ESS & MSS)

ESS & MSS are web based applications designed to help employees in their day to day activites. It allows communication between people sitting in remote areas yet complete all their work online like applying and approving leaves, changing of contact numbers or family details,updating bank accounts or addresses etc. The same facility is available for a Manager in the MSS application.

8.Payroll

This module deals with pay and compensation of an employee. We would learn how to create and pay structure, build different pay components, net pay , gross pay, benefits, taxes and to finally run the payroll for the employee. We would also be learning about the schemas and functions in sap payroll.

9.Reporting:-This module will be covering various standard and customized reports that is available in the HR system.

10.ASAP Methodology: In this we will be training students on what is required to be done in SAP HR projects. This will include learning on how to make Business Blueprints, test cases, making functional specifications and dealing with stakeholders of the company.

11.Cross Module Integration: In this we will be learning on how HR module gets connected and integrated with other modules like Finance, Sales and Development, Marketing etc.
