Identify the differences between functional, matrix and projectised organisations. Understand the importance of Project Initiation. Identify the two general types of project selection methods.
3. Project Planning Processes - Duration : 2 Hour(s)
Summarise information about the Planning Process Group. Explain what makes a WBS so important to a project. Explain how the activity processes in the Planning Process Group affect the project schedule. Identify some common pitfalls that apply to cost estimation. Describe how effective risk management can impact a project. Explain the importance of good communication skills.
