The journey through the RDS Academy begins with an 8 week intensive training programme which is a first class introduction into your chosen field of expertise, leasing and a structured approach direct into our key four areas. It covers every aspect of Teaching and offers the delegate multiple opportunities to practice, and importantly, helps you develop empathy with your students, clients or customers and understand what is important to them.

This training is the start of a structured ongoing programme where you will also work as part of a team with our extremely skilled consultants on an ongoing basis, as the academy then looks to provide you with ongoing daily work in your chosen field, this will not only increase your abilities and skills but also provide you with valuable on the job training.
