Fit-for-purpose documents ensure information meets the expectations of the company and its intended audience. The effective use of information technologies (IT) in business environments is imperative to ensure speed, efficiency and accuracy when storing, retrieving and sending information and documents.
This online training has been developed to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding needed to manage information and produce documents in a business environment. On completion, learners will understand information technologies and the benefits of using them for work tasks; be able to manage electronic paper-based information; be able to develop fit-for-purpose documents and understand the procedures for producing these documents.
