Introduction to fitness and client assessment
This module focuses on introducing you to the world of fitness and most importantly teaching you how to successfully interact with your client in order to assess their lifestyle and their approach to health and fitness.
Nutrition and weight management
In this module we will look at how to support your client's new fitness regime with the correct nutritional advice. This will be guidelines you can offer your clients in order to provide them with a rounded approach and to ensure maximum success. You will also learn about weight management and how to correctly introduce it into your client's fitness routine.
Training in different environments
This module is particularly great for those of you wishing to turn your passion for fitness into a business. You will learn how to successfully approach your clients no matter what their environment is. This module gives you the tools you need to feel confident in creating a fitness regime in a gym or outdoors, using nature as part of your tools.
