Passenger Service Agent Course (Computerised Check in and Boarding) 

CPD Accredited Passenger Service Agent Course is designed and delivered by aviation trainers and recruiters with years of experienced from airports worldwide. During ten days, you will learn how to perform a Passenger Service Agent Job based on current airline and ground handling procedures and systems. You will learn job-specific skills such as how to check-in and board passengers, how to verify travel documents issue boarding passes & baggage tags and make boarding announcements- like in the real job!

Upon successful completion of our course and if you meet referencing requirement we can forward your CV for the interview at Luton, Heathrow, City or Gatwick Airports.

Requirements

In order to receive an airport interview after the course you must comply with airports screening regulations requirements. You must be over 18, have 5 years checkable history from the UK (employment, education, gaps, unemployment), have a National Insurance Number and have a clear criminal record
