The Order to Cash (O2C) course strengthens your foundation in just 7 exciting levels.

1. Understanding the Customer

Understand the fundamentals of your client’s business – overall strategy, business drivers, challenges, risks, key customers, competitors, suppliers, a bird’s eye view of their financials, future possibilities.

2. Check your prior Knowledge

The intent in this level is to baseline your current knowledge as this will provide us the basis for the improvement journey.

3. Need for a Structured Learning Program

A look at some of the typical errors made by beginners in this tower – the intent is to get you to reflect about the need for a program like this.

4. Create Billing Documents

There are different ways of creating bills, some bills are done manually and some are auto generated. Gets to understand when to create these kind of bills.

5. Sending Billing Documents

Once the bills are generated, it has to be sent to customers. This is a system generated report where it hits either the inbox or a particular mail ID of the customer.

6. Collect Outstanding Debt

Only 2 areas which are straight forward such as dunning, which is a process of sending reminders for past due debt and also sending monthly statements on overall receivables, transactions etc. These are automated processes.

7. Document Management

Important to understand different types of Industry and customers, why does it become important to maintain customer database (Create, modify & delete). This would also make the learner understand the importance of process, ETVX etc.
