Students who will take this course shall have better understanding of: (a) different company department functions; (b) the impact of an individual’s role in the company as whole; (c) the relationship between sales and marketing; (d) the value of information; (e) how to carry out market research; (f) information centres and banks; (g) forecast sales; (h) budget, breakeven point and purchases; (i) different distribution channels; (j) do physical distribution; and (k) selling through distributors and directly to consumers.

The course is integrated with interactive materials, allowing for better presentation of the topics discussed within. Students shall undergo assessments throughout the duration of the course to check their progress and ensure knowledge retention.

Sales results have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line and growth. With proper sales management strategies and practices in place, hitting targets or quotas and exceeding them and achieving profit goals are not impossible.
