Overview

Our Online GCSE English Course is the international version or IGCSE. This course aims to widen your vocabulary and improve your use of grammar, punctuation and spelling. You will gain skills through your study of material from different sources including literary material, non-literary material and media. You will also learn how to use written English for a variety of purposes from imaginative writing to making reports.

Our Online GCSE English Course enables students to:

We can provide you with a list of centres in your local area to choose from. You will need to get in touch with the exam centre directly in order to find out pricing and to register your place for the exam. We recommend you get in touch with 3 to 4 centres if possible in order to get the best price. We also recommend you book your exams at least 6 months in advance of the exam date.

When do the course start ?

Hi Mark, The courses begin whenever you would like to enrol. For an IGCSE, you have access for 12 months and for A-Levels you have access for 24 months so from your day or enrolment this is when your course begins. You can take an IGCSE exam in January (core subjects only) or May/June and A-Levels can be taken in May/June only

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
