In this introduction module you will look at medical definitions and terminology, the use of medical terminology as well as pharmacology and the human systems.

Confidentiality and patient records
This module covers the codes of conduct in the field, the safety procedures you will need to be aware of when dealing with patient information, as well as confidentiality and privacy procedures when working in a practice.

Preparing and Processing Medical Records
In this module you will learn how to prepare and advise patients on fees, as well as processing patient referrals to specialists. You will also focus on preparing medical records and processing patient medical records.
