With a more comprehensive structure, the full CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership gives you all the key skills and competencies you will need to become an effective middle manager. The programme packed with practical tools and techniques that are designed to develop the manager’s knowledge and skills of both leadership and management

Description

Assessment is achieved through the writing of one 2,500 – 3,000 word assignment per unit. You will have the option to submit a draft of your assignment, which will be assessed and for which feedback will be provided on possible/necessary improvements.

Throughout the qualification you will have your own dedicated Personal Tutor/ Assessor who will support you in successfully completing the qualification. You will liaise with your Personal Tutor/ Assessor on an individual basis through online meeting software such as Skype, Email or telephone (UK only). You will also have 24/7 access to online support materials which include assignment templates, comprehensive learning resources and a ‘Guide to Writing your Assignment’.
