Who is this course for?

This course is for teachers and trainers aiming to work in further education (FE), work based learning (WBL) and the Independent Training Provider Market. This course has been developed to facilitate progression to both academic and more specialist vocational pathways.

Requirements

To be part of this course you do not need any previous qualifications although learners must be aged 19. You are however expected due to the nature of course delivery to have access to the internet, computer and a word processor that can open and produce Microsoft documents.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
