Overview
The course will help you gain a thorough understanding of the principles and practice of English law; understanding the different ways laws have been created and how they are interpreted. You will become familiar with the four main areas of law, such as family law, contract law, criminal law and tort law.

For the Introduction to English Law Level 3 course you will cover the following content:-
Unit 1: Dispute solving in the Legal System
Unit 2: Understanding Law Making
Unit 3: Aspects of Legal Liability
Unit 4: Contract Law
Unit 5: Consumer Law
Unit 6: Aspects of Family Law
There are no exams at the end of this course and assessments are based purely on coursework only.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from ABC Awards and Certa Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
