The transition from being a member of a team to leading a team is difficult. The various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader often seem vague and challenging.

The Institute of Leadership and Management’s Level 2 is an introductory course designed to give you an understanding of the role, and the knowledge you need to be successful.

Description

You can study at a pace to suit you; the more time you spend per week studying, the faster you will be able to complete the course. Your tutor will create a timetable for you, and will set you work and assignments to complete each week. If you can spend around 3 hours a week studying, you should be able to complete the course in 12 months.
If you can spend more time studying, you could fast-track and complete the course sooner.
