Overview

What will I study ?

Through demonstrations, discussion and practical one to one guidance. Students will create a basic block pattern and garment using personal measurements By the end of the course students should be able to Take personal measurements Draft a personal block and add seam allowance. Make a toile Make simple fit adaptations. Create a simple pattern Layup and cut garment Develop skills in making up a personal garment.

This course is for those who have completed Further Sewing skills 2 or those who have prior knowledge who want to extend their garment making skills by making a personal project using direct drafting from personal measurements.
