Learners are introduced to the main areas of human resource management including an introduction to the human resource management role and function which is then built on to give a broader perspective to human resource management practices; of the role of training and employee development, including a consideration of government initiative aimed at developing skills; and employment relationships in the UK including industrial conflict, the resolution of disputes and negotiation.

Requirements
a. 4 GCSE passes (English & Maths compulsory)
b. A level (‘A’ grade – ‘E’ grade) Note: equivalent qualifications are accepted or work experience (minimum three years) considered
c. All EU applicants are required to hold an accepted English language qualification. An IELTS overall score of at least 4.0 or equivalent are the most common.
d. As part of our entry requirements, applicants who may not have the necessary qualifications, may be consider through their relevant work experience (3 years minimum). Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their CV and a reference letter from two employers.
e. Minimum age: 18 years
