You are required to provide evidence of how you keep yourself, individuals and others for whom you are responsible safe and secure and minimise risks arising from incidents and emergencies (including health emergencies).

You will also examine and analyse methods of reflecting on and developing your practice.

Updating your knowledge and taking action to enhance your practice are vital to meeting the changing needs of individuals in your care, and the demands of a rapidly advancing health care system.
