The GCSE Mathematics course is divided into thirteen  comprehensive modules:

Each lesson begins with a set of clearly stated objectives and an explanation of its place in the overall programme of study.

The course is divided into two parts: the first is for all students; the second is for those who will be taking the Higher tier of the examination.

The Syllabus

Our Maths GCSE course prepares students for AQA GCSE Mathematics syllabus AQA 4306 for exams in 2010 and later years. We have chosen this syllabus as the most suited to distance learning

Assesment for 2010 is by two written papers (50% each)

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
