The aim of this training unit is to provide learners with a fundamental knowledge of food hygiene and to enable them to apply this knowledge to essential practical skills in order to prevent food poisoning.
Description
In this unit you will you will learn about the importance of temperature control, personal hygiene and allergies and intolerances.
You will gain an understanding of premises, equipment and pest control.
You will also learn about the importance of cleaning and disinfecting including legislation and requirements.
