This intermediate level event management course is aimed at event managers wishing to review and update their skills, knowledge and expertise in the ever growing arena of event management. Description
A one-day course aimed at Event Managers and Coordinators who want to consider new opportunities and review how they manage events to reach target audiences. The course will go through fundamental considerations to strategically plan and manage communication, stakeholders and participant expectations.
The day will explore a conceptual framework and consider viable options to achieve declared goals. There will be group discussion and self-reflection to gain insight and direction to ensure events are aligned with your organisation's mission.

This course takes place at The Centre's central London training suite with easy access to mainline rail, tube and bus links. The course can also be run in-company at your venue for a group of your staff.
