This ECDL course takes you through the fundamentals of IT use both in a professional and personal environment. Through this training you will become comfortable using Email and the internet, and will be able to do so securely. It will also introduce you to the programmes most commonly used in the workplace – helping you to produce professional documents, spreadsheets and presentations. On top of this, the course has now been updated with extra Windows 8 content to help you to stay up to date (this is the only ECDL course to include this feature).

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
