Introduction
Everyone loves cupcakes. OK, most people love cupcakes. What makes cupcakes so popular is the relative ease with which they can be prepared as well as their versatility. Using the same sponge recipe and a variety of different butter creams you can create cupcakes suitable for all sorts of occasions. This module focuses on creating a solid foundation, so that you too can deliver cupcakes that get a WOW every time!

Techniques and Equipment
This module focuses on teaching you how to make and use templates to help you decorate your lovely cupcakes. We will be providing you step by step instructions so that you can easily recreate the designs in the course as well as create new ones.

Decorations
Following from module 9, this module shows you how to create amazing cupcake and cake toppers. From birds, to flowers and other animals, you will learn all about adding the finishing touches to your amazing creations.
