There are no formal requirements for taking this course or obtaining this certification.
What skills will I gain?
CompTIA A+ 220-801 covers the fundamentals of computer technology, installation and configuration of PCs, laptops and related hardware, and basic networking.
CompTIA A+ 220-802 covers the skills required to install and configure PC operating systems, as well as configuring common features (e.g. network connectivity and email) for mobile operating systems Android and Apple iOS.
CompTIA Network+ N10-005 covers network technologies, installation and configuration, media and topologies, management, and security. You’ll learn how to distinguish between different types of networks; identify common network topologies; and implement and troubleshoot basic wireless networks. The course will build on your abilities to monitor networks for performance and connectivity issues, while making you more aware of network attack types.
