Description
Module 1 – Defining Communication
- Define Communication and discuss the basic principles thereof
Module 2 – Speaking and Writing Efficiently
- Explain the skills that need to be learnt in order to speak and write efficiently
Module 3 – Avoiding Ambiguity
- List and explain the elements involved in communication
Module 4 – Effective Listening and Receiving Communications
- Summarise the nature of effective listening and receiving communications
Module 5 – Communicating by Telephone
- Discuss the points to bear in mind when communicating by telephone
Module 6 – Writing Letters
- Summarise the factors that should be taken into account when writing letters
