Course Content: Coaching and Mentoring within Organisational Culture, Coaching and Mentoring Policies, Organisational Coaching and Mentoring, Strategic Impact of Coaching and Mentoring, Developing Performance Management Strategies, Leadership Coaching and mentoring Skills, Embedding Coaching and Mentoring in the Organisation. This is assessment only. There are no examinations.

This Level 7 professional development course in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for managers. It builds on the learning gained in the Certificate and develops your understanding of coaching and mentoring policies and managing organisational culture and change. A Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring is the benchmark qualification for full CMI membership, taking you another step towards Chartered Manager Status.
