The Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership has 8 units. Duration 9 months. Approximately 5 to 10 hours a week of Self Study. Course Content: Principles of Management and Leadership, Managing a Team to Achieve Results, Building Stakeholder Relationships using Effective Communications, Contributing to a Delivery of a Project, Managing Daily Activities to Achieve Results, Managing Budgets and Resources, Managing Data and Information, Managing Own Personal and Professional Development. Assessment is one assignment per unit. There are no examinations.
