This is a 2 day course.

By attending this course, participants will:
- Understand what makes an effective remote team;
- Learn how to get the most out of their team from a distance;
- Explore methods of keeping the team focused on the local operational job whilst remaining loyal to the strategic intent of the broader organisation;
- Stay current with best practices on how to manage a remote team;
- Build their confidence and ability in leading a remote team and achieving results through their remote team members; and
- Learn how to use tools, templates and techniques to help them in their role as a distance manager.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of relevant business experience and the drive to develop your skills even further
- While there are no IELTS or English language requirements, please be aware that the courses are taught in English
