The BTEC Level 5 HND Diploma in Business (Management) can be studied as a stand-alone programme or can form part of a three-year degree programme leading to the University of Sunderland BA (Hons) Business Management, or Anglia Ruskin University BA (Hons) Business. Successful completion of the HND allows direct entry to a one-year top-up to the Honours Degree.

Who is this course for?

The HND Diploma in Business (Management) is ideal for those who wish to study at Undergraduate level to become better business managers. If you have 2 years full-time work experience or A-levels, this could be a route into Higher Education as a stand-alone course or with the final year top-up to achieve a full Bachelor’s degree.

You may already work in a role within business, HRM, finance, marketing PR or sales, or be looking to move into one of those areas.

Requirements

The standard entry requirements are as follows:

  • An A Level pass or equivalent.
  • English language ability equivalent to IELTS 5.5

Applicants whose educational qualifications do not meet the standard entry requirements but have at least two years full-time work experience will be considered on an individual basis.
