The ATHE Level 4 Diploma in Management for Health and Social Care is a UK accredited course which is internationally recognised. It is designed to enable supervisors and team leaders to learn and perform their role more thoughtfully and more effectively. The certificate course allows you to develop some of your key skills you need to work in a management role. The course provides an overview of organisational frameworks as well as the political and social issues within the industry. You will be required to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of management theories and apply these in various work contexts. As the Diploma in Management for Health and Social Care is part of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) there is a clear progression route onto higher level course. It is the first step towards a Masters qualification, offering, with appropriate periods of work experience as a manager or specialist, a clear pathway on to the ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management for Health and Social Care, a BA Degree and then on to a MSc or other Masters.

Description

The ATHE Level 4 Diploma in Management for Health and Social Care is a qualification with a minimum of 60 credits. Assessment is one assignment per unit. There are no examinations.
