Description

The Diploma  in Advanced Diploma in Project  Management has 8  units. Duration 12 months. Approximately 5 to 10 hours a week of Self Study. Course Content: Professional Development, Contracts and Procurement, Planning and Scheduling Projects, Winning Project Teams,Implementation, Monitoring, and Control of Project Activity,Review and Evaluation of Project Performance, Leadership and Management Research.  Assessment is one assignment per unit. There are no examinations.

Over 25 years old. At least two years of project team experience.
