The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) course provides an in-depth understanding of how FP&A can be applied by companies to gain a competitive edge in terms of identifying cost patterns, uncovering savings and maintaining cash flow which is vital for any business both at a strategic and operational level.
Description
You will develop the competency to challenge established work processes and engage in strategic review, manage and identify business related key performance indicators (KPIs), develop budgets and forecasts as well as financial planning and analysis to evaluate and control a business and provide decision support for the senior management team.

Requirements
3 years minimum of relevant work experience within the field of study you are pursuing. While there are no IELTS or English language requirements, please be aware that the course is taught in English
