Overview

This is the most relevant course in the UK for anyone wishing to enter the world of IT Recruitment either as a trainee, IT HR professional, resourcer or consultant.

So you want to begin a career in IT Recruitment. Good choice. It is one of the most intense, rewarding and satisfying jobs
around.

The UK is one of the most buoyant recruitment markets in the world. But this also means that:

• Tens of thousands of new applicants are trying to get into this industry this year.

•  Dozens of Rec to Rec companies, and Grad portals are also sending CVs like yours into the very clients who you want to work for.

• What you need is a Differentiator to set you apart from every other applicant from Day One.

Well the Differentiator is here.

We’ve spent the last 14 years training over 35,000 new applicants how to be immediately effective, confident and credible in their new role as an IT Recruiter.

We are on the induction programme of some of the world’s leading IT recruitment consultancies. Our clients know that;

• Our Master IT Recruiter Accreditation on your CV immediately means that YOU ARE already a primed, trained IT recruiter with the knowhow and mindset to step into the role of an IT recruitment consultant from Day One.

• Anyone who already has put themselves through this training beforehand is serious about becoming a successful IT Recruiter and will definitely be an applicant worth taking seriously.

Supercharge your chances of landing that IT Recruitment Job now!

After this four day training coure, this qualification will ensure that you:

·      Are completely fluent in the latest IT terminology and jargon seen on CVs and job specs.

·      Are primed in essential recruitment skills.

·      Are well versed in all the IT roles within a Waterfall or Scrum environment.

·      Are even at ease working on a vertical desk such as Development or Infrastructure

·      Are able to dialogue confidently with IT professionals.

·      Can question candidates incisively in interviews.

·      Know what to look out for on CVs.

We'll also teach you what your potential employer:

·      Wants to hear in your first interview.

·      Expects from you on a day to day basis as an IT Recruiter.

·      Requires from you consistently in attitude and personality.

·      Sees as possible weaknesses and warning signs.

You will be coached by none other than Ayub Shaikh, widely acknowledged as the leading trainer in this area. He is also author of the 'IT Recruitment Survival Guide', the handbook for most IT Recruiters (you will be issued with your own signed copy too).

Finally:

We are also happy to announce that for a number of students who attend we will also be offering job placements within two leading recruitment organisations who are always keen to take on Holistica Accredited consultants upon finishing the course. This number varies each month and so this is not a guarantee of placement, but to let you know that employment may often be offered by us to students on completion. The choice of accepting the subsequent job (£18k-£20K basic, £50k OTE in London, Birmingham or Manchester) is ultimately up to the student and is not related to the accreditation which all students will receive upon completion.

FAQs

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. At Reed Courses, courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on Reed Courses, many of which can be completed online.

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
