The Association of Business Executives (ABE) offers three levels of qualification in marketing management to improve knowledge and skills. The programme starts with the Level 4 Diploma in Marketing Management and enables progression through the Level 5 Diploma up to the Level 6 Diploma. There is also a Level 6 Extended Diploma which combines the Level 5 and Level 6 Diplomas into a single qualification. Marketing is an important function that brings companies and clients closer together. Marketing management and establishing a marketing orientated organisation with the emphasis on the customer is a core component in an organisation’s success. The courses introduce students to the crucial role that marketing plays in business development. Holders of ABE Marketing Management qualifications will have a good knowledge and understanding of the key principles of marketing and will be able to relate this to the workplace.
Who is it for?
The ABE Level 5 Diploma in Marketing Management qualification contains a range of units which are relevant to general management and to the marketing specialist. This qualification prepares learners to progress to a qualification in the same subject area, in particular the Level 6 Diploma in Marketing Management, or in another subject area including Honours degrees. The course also prepares learners for employment or supports their current role in the workplace. Practical professional qualification which will help you find a job or obtain a promotion. Officially recognised for university entrance by more than 80 universities worldwide and also accepted by many more, for entry onto the first, second or final year of study, depending on the QCF level of ABE qualification.
The ABE Level 5 Diploma in Marketing Management has 8 units. Duration 24 months. Approximately 5 to 10 hours a week of Self Study. Assessment is via examination per unit. The ABE has examination centres worldwide. These centres are of the highest standard and comply with ABE requirements in terms of accommodation facilities and access. All centres are approved by the national Ministry of Education, British Council or a similar body. Examinations are held twice a year in June and December.
No formal qualifications, but you must be competent in English (IELTS 5.0 minimum) and Mathematics.
