To change your contact preferences, click on the 'My reed.co.uk' link at the top of any page, then follow the link labelled 'Your Sign In and Contact Settings' located in the 'Update Details' panel of the My reed.co.uk page.
Once you've made changes, click on the 'Save Changes' button to save them.
