The recruitment process
You will be assessed using a variety of methods so that we can gain as full and rounded an impression as possible of you as an individual.
Recruitment is conducted throughout the year; we do not have set intakes and welcome applications from new graduates and those with work experience.
This process takes approximately four to six weeks, depending on the time of year and the needs of the business.
Application Screening
CVs are screened according to the academic criteria specified. We welcome applications from candidates with 24 UCAS points or equivalent (excluding General Studies) and a 2.1 degree in any subject.
Ability Tests
Applicants who are successful at screening stage will be invited to attend an ability testing session. We use these tests to assess the specific abilities relevant to the job and to ensure that candidates have the skills and abilities to become our managers of the future.
Further information on ability testing and practice tests.
Interview with a Managing Director
Candidates will meet with one of our Managing Directors for a formal interview and if successful, will be offered a potential position on the Reed Graduate Training Scheme.
Interview at a Reed branch
This is the final stage and an opportunity for you to find out more about your first placement and meet senior managers within Reed. You may be required to sit a competency based interview and computer based test at this stage.
