It is crucial that you share our passion for people and our desire to continue to grow. We are looking for high-calibre graduates with a strong academic background and the ambition and confidence to succeed in a fast moving and highly competitive environment. This is a true fast track scheme - some of our previous graduate trainees are now directors within the company; so if you have determination, enthusiasm and ambition, you could be a high flyer within three years.
There's no one particular type of person that is destined to succeed in Reed. Instead, we look for a range of people, with a variety of different qualities to manage the many different areas of our business.
The entry requirements for the Graduate Training Scheme are a 2.1 degree in any subject and 24 UCAS points (excluding General Studies) or equivalent.
Although we have offices across the UK and Ireland, vacancies are based mainly in London and the South East, so you will need to be flexible regarding location.
