Reed continually strives to improve the services we offer to our Temporary Workers. 'Reed Think' is an integral part of this as it allows Temporary Workers to submit ideas for improvement directly to our Executive Chairman, James Reed. If you have any suggestions as to how we can improve our processes, procedures or services then please submit your idea below.

Awards Process

All Reed Think ideas go straight to our Executive Chairman, James Reed, who evaluates the ideas and awards cash prizes to those he considers to be the best.

We aim to evaluate all ideas within one calendar month of their submission. If you are successful in winning an award, this will be paid into your bank account in the next payroll run.

Unfortunately we are only able to respond to those ideas that have been awarded. If you have not heard back from Reed Think within one month then regrettably your idea will not have been successful on that occasion.
