My client based in Chelmsford, Essex, is currently looking for an Finance Administrator to join them on a permanent full time basis.
As Investment Associate you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently dealing with written enquiries and complex investigations in line with department and company service level agreements. You will need Financial Services experience and ideally knowledge of Investment Products such as PEP’s or ISA’s or Pensions or Bonds and an understanding of FSA regulations, although specific investment product knowledge is not essential. You will have to have worked within financial services to be considered for this position.
The successful candidate is likely to be a strong team player who is client focused with strong time management and communication skills. You will also need to be able to multi task and adopt a professional manner when dealing with external parties. My client only deals with IFA’s and other Financial Services companies, not the general public, therefore this is not a call centre position.
