My client is a well established leisure company in the North East of England.

They are looking for an experienced Commis Chef to work in their kitchen for a new, up and coming bar/bistro establishment in the heart of South Shields.

Hours of work will be 9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week).

Duties will include: Supporting the Head Chef with all apects of food preparation, menu design, & supervising staff.

Applicants must have at least 2 years experience working in kitchen, supervising junior staff, and cooking dishes from fresh ingredients.

This position is on a temporary basis, and is being advertised by Temp Team, who are operating as an employment company.

Applicants must be flexible for working day shift hours and weekend hours.

Applicants must be experienced, enthusiastic, confident, able to manage other staff. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate relevant hygiene standard certificates.
