Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building rapport with clients through cold-calling and building upon existing relationships. You will run your desk as though it were your own business, so will need to be able to manage both the highs and lows that this will bring. You will need to be pro-active, not afraid of a challenge and enjoy a thriving sales environment! You will be responsible for winning new business through ongoing sales activity (i.e proactive cold calls, sales visits, sales drops, sales presentations) and meet and exceed all targets set by your business manager.
You will understand and match companies’ recruitment requirements and applicants’ job aspirations, and be able to manage the expectations of both. You will use market leading technology and will have access to the most comprehensive training, development and support network in the industry.
Being able to manage rapidly changing requirements is a must, as is being able to adapt your communication to suit both clients and candidates.

Person Specification:
Whilst previous recruitment experience is prefered it is not essential; however we require individuals with the necessary drive, determination and the self-motivation to achieve success within a sales-orientated environment.
The successful candidate will be ambitious, imaginative and have the ability to build strong business relationships with clients and candidates. The right person will have outstanding opportunities for progression.
