Our client an International market leading business is recruiting for a Graduate Finance Assistant to join the team based in Sutton, Surrey, Hybrid Working Available

Description

As the Graduate Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Customer ledger maintenance, inc detail changes.
  • Posting sales invoices, and sales cash.
  • Sending customer invoices.
  • Raising customer credit notes.
  • Maintain HSBC reconciliations
  • Sending monthly statements.
  • Uploading to bank finance portal.
  • Daily invoicing, orders, stock spreadsheet.
  • Maintenance of rebate accrual spreadsheet, pallet charges and demurrage
  • Northern Ireland Customs Declarations.
  • Costing queries and set up new products in Epicor E9.
  • Process monthly journals include fixed assets, cashbook, rebate, currency revaluation.
  • Month-end close.
  • Provide AP, AR and miscellaneous IT support when needed.

Profile

  • Some experience in finance is desirable but not essential
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables ideally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accurate and numerate
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Accountancy

Job Offer

  • Salary £22,000 - £30,000 it's a broad range because the client is considering a range of experience
  • Holidays 24 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays

  • Hybrid Working - 4 days based from the office and 1 day working from home

  • Hours 9.00-5.30
